If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

What qualifies

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Email support@aevumgoodsco.store with your order number to start a return and receive instructions.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
